At St Phillips we believe in blending traditional and classic pastries with modern ones.  All our pastries are handmade and provided fresh everyday.

 

The Classic Siciliana

A freshly fried cannoli shell filled with ricotta and chocolate chips.

The Almond Short Eclair

Almond cookie crusted Eclair, bottom layer French Vanilla Pastry Cream, fresh strawberries topped with fresh whipped Chantilly Cream

The Opera Slice

Alternating layers of Almond biscuit soaked in coffee liquor, ganache and Mocha Buttercream.

The Sfogliatelle

Super thin layers of mille feuille filled with ricotta and a delicate candied orange.

Canoli Cream horns

Delicate fresh made mille feuille wrapped, coated in sugar and baked. filled with Vanilla and chocolate pastry cream and dusted with icing sugar.

Lemon Meringue

Butter tart shell filled with Lemon filling and topped with Italian Meringue

Caramel Mousse Bombe

Inspired by the tartufo we created a ganache centre surrounded by Caramel mousse and coated it in chocolate glaze. Topped with roasted pecans.
